Ordering custom products for your event starts with filling out the form below. This is just general information so we can get an idea of what and when you need your items by. Choose from cold process soaps, body creams, body butters, lip balm, or choose other if you are looking for something truly custom. We love a challenge! After we get your form we will email you back within 24-48 hours to ask a few more follow up questions in order to get more details about what you want in terms of colors and scents and look. After we have both reached a final design, a contract will be emailed for you to accept. This will include all of the design information, cost, and acknowledgment of our policies. Signing the contract and paying the deposit secures the custom order and we will begin working to fulfill your items.

Soaps:

Artisan low-top soaps include: our favorite soap formula, 2 colors, fragrance of your choosing including a custom blend, up to 2 added embeds, 1 biodegradable glitter, shrink wrap packaging, and custom labels.

Frosted soaps include: our favorite soap formula, 3 colors, fragrance of your choosing including a custom blend, up to 2 added embeds, 1 biodegradable glitter, shrink wrap packaging, and custom labels.

Body Cream includes: our best selling body cream formula, 1 color, fragrance of your choosing including a custom blend, shrink wrap plastic jar seals, and custom labels.

Body Butter includes our favorite anhydrous formula, up to 2 colors, fragrance of your choosing including a custom blend, shrink wrap plastic jar seals, and custom labels.

Lip Balms include our favorite formula, 1 color that tints the balm only(not lips), fragrance of your choosing, standard lip balm clear tube and lid, shrink wrap plastic seals, and custom labels.

Initial email after form is filled out is 24-48 hours

Design time is estimated to be a week or less.

Soaps typically need 4 weeks of cure time.

Body creams, body butters, and lip balms can be packaged and shipped almost immediately but still require 7-10 for prodction.

Label design can be a few days depending on adjustments.

Payment policy: 

To secure your custom order a deposit of 30% will be invoiced and payment due within 7 days.

Final payment will be invoiced prior to shipping and due within 48 hours. 

Delay in final payment will subsequently delay shipment and Fairytale Suds is not responsible for time lost due to delay in payment. Options to upgrade shipping to meet event deadline will be the responsibility of the customer. 

Failure to pay the deposit within 7 days voids invoice and subsequently can result in losing our ability to produce your order in allotted time. Please just email us and we will work with you!

Failure to pay the final payment within 7 days forfeits purchase and deposit. Products become property of Fairytale Suds.

Cancellation Policy:

Before deposit: Just let us know you do not want to move forward. No worries, no explanations needed. We just ask that you let us know as soon as possible.

After deposit: 5 days from deposit – full refund

                        6-7 days- 10% refund on deposit

                        8 days- deposit is forfeited as production has already begun

After Final Invoice: No refunds will be given after this point. Once final invoice is paid, items are shipped out.

 

Shipping:

Free shipping on soaps, body creams, body butters, and lip balms 12+ units. Options to upgrade shipping are available at the cost of the customer. Email us if that is something you would like to do, and we can get a quote for you. Fairytale Suds makes every effort to ensure your custom order will arrive before your event date. We do our best to have your order at your door minimum of 3-4 days prior to your event. We look at both USPS and UPS for least amount of transit time and cost. A delay in final payment will delay shipping. 

Body butters (anhydrous aka all oils & butters) cannot be shipped during warmer months! They will melt. The texture will get weird, and we don’t want that for you or your guests.

Label Design:

Included with all custom order products is custom designed labels. Send us your inspiration (invitation, Pinterest, whatever you got!) and we will create a custom label just for your event. Initial design proposal is included with up to 2 edits. Additional edits with label design will incur a $5 per iteration fee added to final invoice. You will be notified prior to being charged!

If you would rather not have us make your custom labels just tell us. However, we must still include FDA regulated labels.

All products must include, by federal regulations, ingredients, manufacturing information, and usage warnings. 

Returns:

Returns are not accepted on custom orders and follow our standard return policy available on our website. Issues with shipping or delivery will be assessed on a per basis situation. 

Sales Tax:

Customers in New Jersey will incur 6.625% sales tax on custom orders.
