Process & Products

Buying a loaf starts with filling out the form below. Choose from standard low-top artisan bars or salt soap bars. After we get your form we will email you within 24-48 hours to confirm your loaf. Please note that color choices may need to be altered due to fragrance oil discoloration. Basically, certain fragrances will turn soap colors-usually brown. A pink vanilla is impossible as all vanilla fragrances will discolor soap dark brown.

Your choice of:
Artisan low-top soaps include: our favorite soap formula, 2 colors, fragrance of your choosing. Keep the design original to Fairytale Suds or change it up. It's your choice!

Salt soaps include: our favorite salt soap formula, 2 colors, fragrance of your choosing.

Timeline

Initial confirmation email after form is filled out is 24-48 hours.

Invoice will be sent once order confirmed and must be paid within 5 days.

Soaps need 4 weeks of cure time.


Soaps will ship after cure. You will be notified by email with tracking information.

Policies

Payment policy: 
"Buy a Loaf" is paid in full at order. After filling out form you will be emailed an invoice for the full cost. Invoice to be paid in 5 days.

Failure to pay invoice in 5 days voids order.

Cancellation Policy:
Customers may cancel their Loaf up to 5 days from payment. After that time, soap is already in production.

Shipping:
Free shipping on all "Buy a Loaf" orders. Options to upgrade shipping are available at the cost of the customer. Email us if that is something you would like to do, and we can get a quote for you.

If you are local to Sussex County New Jersey and you would like to arrange for a pickup of items, please let us know!

Packaging:
All "Buy a Loaf" bars are sold bare. There is no plastic shrink wrap and no labels. These bars are intended to be solely used by the purchaser. No distribution of any kind is permitted. A full list of ingredients will be included in your shipment on a separate information card.

Returns:
Returns are not accepted on "Buy a Loaf" purchases. All sales are final.  

Sales Tax:
Customers in New Jersey will incur 6.625% sales tax on custom orders.
